Aircon Service

Autoworks recommend servicing your vehicles air-con every 3 years.

Air-con regassing is the process of removing old refrigerant gas from your aircon system and replacing it with new refrigerant.

As the air-con looses tiny amount of coolants over time it looses performance. Operating your air-con with low refrigerant is much like running your engine low on oil. It will cause damage.

To prevent wear and tear we introduce a tiny amount of special compressor oil into the system when servicing your air-con.

There could be other reasons why your air-con isn’t blowing cold anymore. Autoworks will be able to advise if the issue is the result of anything other than the need for regassing.
